Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
All orders ship for free within the United States and Canada.
For all other international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the number of watches in the cart and the final destination.
We send orders out Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST excluding holidays. Once your product has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure that you love the watches that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for exchange ONLY. Please contact us via email at email@example.com prior to your return. Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a restocking and/or repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been damage or worn.
While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Neptune is nothing short of phenomenal.
Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale and are excluded from this policy.
Each watch comes with a 24 month limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
